
Rosalyn Stewart-Kalaukoa BS
Rosalyn Stewart-Kalaukoa is a seasoned GME/Residency Administrator with over 16 years of experience in the medical field. A graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga with a degree in Pre-Medicine, she brings a wealth of expertise in practice management, health administration, electronic health systems, hospital executive management, IRB administration, and GME emergency and safety management. She is an active member of Erlanger Health System’s and UTHSC’s Program Development & Expansion Committee as well as the Emergency Management & Safety Committee.
Driven by a deep passion for healthcare, Rosalyn works tirelessly behind the scenes to ensure compassionate, high-quality care is accessible to all members of the greater Chattanooga community, regardless of socioeconomic status, race, age, gender, or religion. Her leadership extends beyond administration—she has spearheaded health fairs, free clinics, and public health initiatives, particularly in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, developing protocols and educational pathways to support community well-being.
Committed to making a difference, Rosalyn believes that now is the time to give back to the community that has shaped her career. Her dedication, experience, and leadership make her an invaluable asset to Black Lotus Wellness Center.
Outside of work, Rosalyn enjoys traveling with her family, especially supporting her 18-year-old son, who competes in national baseball tournaments. She also loves reading, swimming, surfing, horseback riding, and participating in local community events.
