Grace Adeniji-Ilesanmi is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with 18 years of experience in the medical field. She earned her Bachelor’s and Master of Science degrees in Nursing from the University of Tennessee, Chattanooga in 2005 and 2012, respectively. Her professional background includes Corporate Onsite Health & Wellness, Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, Internal Medicine, Medical Weight Loss, and Bio-identical Hormone Replacement Therapy.

Grace’s practice philosophy centers on empowering patients through education and motivation to live a healthy lifestyle. She’s a compassionate listener who values quality time with each client in a safe and nurturing environment. She considers herself truly blessed to be a part of a profession that allows her the privilege of positively impacting numerous paths each day. Her mission is to empower you to become the best version of you.

In her free time, Grace enjoys traveling with her husband and children, exploring both domestic and international small towns. She also has a passion for cooking, photography, and participating in volunteer medical missions in her community and underserved countries.
